Has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of matters relating to commercial corporate law, including M&A (including joint ventures and strategic alliances) and IP matters; drafting and negotiating stock purchase, shareholders’, licensing, distributorship, marketing, sales and purchase, confidentiality, employment, credit, transporation and multiple other agreements; handling matters dealing with admiralty and maritime law; advising on project development and project finance arrangements; working in the context of many industries, including semiconductor and other high-tech industries as well as automotive and airlines, steelmaking, banking and food, and the film and television industries; in addition, has substantial litigation experience in California.
