・Cross-border and Domestic Startup Investment: drafted and negotiated NVCA model English-language investment agreements, common share and class share subscription agreements, and shareholders agreements.
・ESG-related Matters (e.g. the Act on Special Measures Concerning Renewable Energy), human rights (e.g. the UK Modern Slavery Act), and anti-bribery and corruption (e.g. domestic bribery regulations under the criminal law and FCPA regulations in the U.S.)
・Data Privacy Law: Addressed compliance with data privacy laws (Japan, European GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, etc.), data breach notification to supervisory authorities in European countries in the event of a data breach, investigated and reported on the cross-border data transfer regulations of personal data in Southeast Asian countries.
