Lucinda has worked closely with Japanese companies of all sizes, ranging from small biotech startups to publicly-traded multinationals, and is highly knowledgeable about Japan’s major industry sectors, particularly in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Lucinda also has experience with international arbitration, electronic discovery, and internal audits.

Lucinda specializes in corporate governance, corporate transactions, and corporate compliance. She has represented clients in both incoming and outgoing investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, and sales, marketing, and distribution. In the financial sector, Lucinda has worked on fund formation, real estate leasing, and real estate finance. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for all these matters.
